Sometimes, however, that self-help post, book, or podcast, helps lay the foundation for that change later on. I definitely agree that self-help can turn into an addictive distraction, but I also think that no act of self-improvement is ever wasted. It’s all seeds, weeding, and curating the mind to, like you said, ready them for the big change which may happen later on — or that very day that they decided to consume that specific content…
